The San Antonio Advanced Surgery Center was a total interior demolition and build out of a space spanning more than 6,600 square feet. The healthcare facility featured multiple operating rooms, care service facilities, pre-op and recovery areas and multiple rooms for imaging, laser, and other non-invasive procedures.
Barnes-Jewish Children's Kingshighway-Steinberg Building Decanting Phases I & II
Budget: $7.5 Million
This Barnes-Jewish Children's project consisted of two phases with over 20 separate projects in two separate locations. Both phases included the relocation of multiple departments, remodel of destination spaces and cosmetic upgrades spanning over 100,000 square feet.
Phase I included Biohazard Storage, Radiology, Radiology Information Systems, Dialysis Storage, PACS, and Housekeeping among many others.
Phase II included the Kitchen and Dining areas, the Gift Gallery, Anesthesia/Surgery-On Call, Radiology Administration, and Maintenance Shops/HVAC areas.
